Tribalism would have set in! The African paternalistic culture would have prevailed!<br /><br />Let Africans take a page from Obama's playbook and rallying slogan: <span style="font-weight:bold;">"Yes We Can!"</span> and mobilize to put an end to the culture of one man rule!
